About

Welcome to the course blog for the Harvard Law School seminar, “Law and Mind Sciences Blogging Workshop.” This blog is a collaborative effort between Professor Jon Hanson and the seminar students, which hail from Harvard’s Law School, Kennedy School and School of Education. All content is for non-profit, educational purposes only.

Excerpt from course description:

This seminar and writing workshop will examine the relevance of social psychology, social cognition, cognitive neuroscience, moral psychology, political psychology, and related fields for law and legal theory. Each student will write a variety of blog posts (including short essays, literature reviews, interviews, article summaries) and will participate in commenting on and editing the work of other students in the seminar. Students will learn to blog and will post most of their work from the seminar on The Situationist Blog or other blogs.
